There’s nothing like a classic blazer to add elegance to your outfit. Cardigans are another classic piece I rely on to pull my breakouts together. I was excited to find this little cropped V-neck cardigan In this beautiful blue, because I was so worn out from my camel last fall. The cropped length gives it a modern flair. They’re the perfect piece to throw in a lot of things, including longer tops, because they help define your waistline without having to zip things up.
Most cardigans look like crewnecks, but I’m most proud of the V-neck. I also like that a V-neck cardigan mimics the collar of a button-down shirt or blouse. I wear small and I think they work a little big.
It’s made from an incredibly soft blend of over 50% sustainable fibers and is kissed with a touch of 2% cashmere. It feels so soft, you would think it was so much more. This cutie comes in 4 colors, XXS-XXL. They say it’s big, but that depends on what you want to wear underneath.
A classic white blouse is a must in my wardrobe. This too by Halogen, a brand known for its affordable foundations. I love that this is a soft white with no yellow undertones. It’s called an ivory cloud, and it looks like… clouds. This one also comes in a few patterns and colors but I couldn’t resist the white that would go with everything. I also ordered this cotton blend sweater for spring, in the same ivory cloud.
The softly draped, criss-cross front features a snap closure to keep the wrap closed and keep you modest. It comes in regular and petite sizes, XXS -XXL. I regularly wear small and the length is perfect for my long torso. The front is 21″ and the back is 26″ so it looks like it’s half-tucked without any compression required.
