Dress $79-99, it comes in regular and plus sizes; regular sizes have a choice of four colors (though a few have already gone down to lucky sizes).
At this price point, I can’t find anything more similar than lucky sizes, but I’ll note NordstromRack There are tons of cute Maggy London dresses in a similar style for around $50.
(It doesn’t look like very good.)
