Splurge Monday’s Workwear Report: Elaina Collar Knitwear Dress

The blue hue of this collared knit dress from Reiss really caught my eye while browsing through Bloomingdale’s dress section. With the northeast snowing, I’d probably wear this with my cutest black tights and boots, but I can also imagine wearing it with a white blazer and heels when the temperature finally gets above freezing.
