I know many of you are shopping for holiday and New Year’s Eve parties, so I pay attention to both festive and classic options! Today, I’m partnering with Nordstrom to share this very petite-friendly sequin dress I bought recently, as well as a more comfortable winter sweater dress option. Nordstrom is also hosting a big Cyber Weekend event, so I’ve shared a few selections below, including some great gift ideas!

- 40 discounts Marc Fisher Izzie boots. Compared to the Blondo, these have a higher shank which I like and find flattering, but keep in mind that they are a heavier boot compared to the Blondo.

sequined mini dress
The mini sequins on this little dress give it just the right amount of sparkle and the cut is simple yet flattering. Adjustable shoulder straps and stretchy fabric help provide a snug fit. I bought this dress in black but it also has a beautiful champagne color, I would love it if my size was available!
i tried this too Wayf sequin dress This is a more affordable option, but keep in mind that the shoulder straps are not adjustable so they are very low cut to me and the sequin pieces are larger in scale.
Dolman Sleeve Sweater Mini Dress
For a more casual and stylish vibe, I also came across this very petite-friendly sweater mini with a unique cut. It has a banded hem area so it fits just above my hips, while the top half has a more saggy cape sleeve cut. The size is a true mini size for me (someone a few inches taller might want to wear this as a tunic instead of a dress) and the sleeves are surprisingly long on my arms. I got my usual xx’s, but could most likely go up to an xs and still work fine for me.
