I find it very motivating to have workout clothes that I look forward to wearing. One of my goals this year is to walk 45 minutes a day, four to five times a week, in the rain or the sun. If the weather is nice, I’ll walk outside… but in our heavy rainstorms, I go to the gym.
My feet are always challenging so I ordered a few pairs of sneakers to try. One pair was too wide, one pair was hard to slide on, and one pair just didn’t have enough cushioning for my tired feet. While this is huge, I don’t recommend reducing the size or you may lose the saggyness it was intended to have.

I got my usual size M but I think I could have worn an L as well because I like my tops loose when I’m overheating. I also like that her neck is high so I can bend over to stretch and not feel like I’m going to be exposed.
I love the fit and feel of these Zella ankle pants. ALL clothes have pockets which I love; they are flexible weaving fabric (from recycled fibers) and slender legs. I’ve got one too those wider legs are cropped ones which is cute and airy in hot weather. Body-hugging tights are great for yoga, but they’re my go-to for hiking or going to the gym.
Many of you suggested I try the runners so I ordered These Vuori Performance Running Shoes, and I love them. One advantage I didn’t think of with the runner style is the length. Vuori fabric is so incredibly soft and light that I could live in it all day!
