Here’s a bit of a weird question for today: we’ve talked a lot about create a task group, how saving to do similar tasks all at once can save time and keep focus. With the rise of the hybrid workweek, let’s talk: When you’re a WFH, do you save up to do some tasks at the office and focus on others? (To what extent does Facetime or “looking busy” come into this?)
For example, I could see someone 100% committed to internal messaging while working from home to keep the impression of being busy and active. I’ve even seen TikToks where people equip a system to move their mice. so they keep their green “online” dot.
Frankly, I would save on printing or reviewing physical documents for the office… I hate phone calls in general, so I could see the benefits of recording this at the office, both from the “not in my field” perspective and the “talking” about work then I’m clearly productive viewpoint angle.

how are you guys? What tasks do you save for the office and what tasks do you prefer to do at home?
