Dark navy blue works for dark hair but will be too heavy and overwhelming for lighter colored ones – go for a medium to light navy blue if you’re lighter.
The more purple the blue, the cooler it is!
There are also brighter and quieter versions of every navy blue, so make sure the navy you choose is in harmony with the intensity of the other colors in your palette.
