While adopting all colors lately, there’s nothing more stylish than a sometimes vibrant black or white piece. Earlier this spring I shared a floral dress (now 40% off!), from En Saison, my first attempt at the brand. This black A-line dress It’s 100% cotton and one of the most petite-friendly pieces from the same brand I’ve tried. See how I dressed it (above) or designed it down (below)!
A ruffled bodice, pockets (yay!), ruffled sleeves and a bow back add a feminine touch, and I love that it can be paired with flats or wedges and a sun hat or heels for casual wear.
2. Plain White Jeans (little friend)
this blue version from these jeans (see me) have been a reader favorite for over two years now, so I was delighted to see a white version come out on both. organised and petite. It’s a solid weight denim – invisible at all – and the small sizes cropped on me (5ft tall) without any side trimming required. The high waist cuts in without any gaps and makes the figure very flattering, especially when paired with a slimmed black shirt like this. Free Contacts.
I think Topshop petite sizes are short, so sometimes I prefer the regular length and shorten the legs myself if necessary. If you don’t want some pretty short jeans, I usually recommend Petite jeans for those under 5’1″ only. My size 24 petite pair of these white jeans are 23 inches high and 9.75 inches at the seam.
3. Feminine White Blouse
This ASTR top It has a reform-inspired vibe and looks perfectly stylish with jeans or shorts. It’s shirred so it stretches for a snug fit, and because the fabric is lightweight, the sleeves are softly puffed up and don’t look too bulky or overdone.
4. Premium Denim Shorts
It’s not black or white but I finally got these after years of discussing how they felt! The cut of these is a little looser than my waist and height. Levi 501 short shorts It’s the same size 24 and the signature Parker cut has more A-line flared cuts on the legs that Agolde fans love.
