Splurge Monday’s Workwear Report: Houndstooth Merino Wool Turtleneck

This crowbar sweater from Perfect Moment has a really cozy post-ski vibe, but it would look just as appropriate in a cozy business office as it is in a ski chalet. For the office, I would wear this with chunky gold or silver earrings inside a pair of high waisted black pants.

As a side note, I would skip this edition on a day with lots of video conferences scheduled. The “moiré effect” describes the dizzying wavy pattern that results when you wear stripes or other repeating patterns on camera. If you got into 2022 without being a little seasick in someone’s striped shirt, you’re luckier than I am.
