Happy Thursday Friends! I then head to Nordstrom to shop for the Anniversary sale and wanted to share items that caught my eye or that I had in previous years (like this is comfy. Barefoot Dreams long cardigan + these waterproof chelsea boots). Similar to last year, everything is now previewable online so you can save items to your wish list for easy shopping later. I was JUST looking for a piece like this chic black blazer dress – fingers crossed to fit as I imagined already zipped with our signature Arranged Parts belt!
- Naturalizer Reed riding boots – starts at sz 4 on both standard and wide calves! I tried previous year versions of these and although I don’t find very slim calves for my body type, the shank height *hits below my knees* which is pretty rare.
- Caslon waterproof Chelsea booties Starting from size 4. I wore these quite a few times last Autumn-Winter.
- Sam Edelman tall boots – Read a reviewer who was 5 feet tall, mentioning that they hit just below their knees.
- Sam Edelman sneakers – A choice of solid classic white sneakers that go well with dresses and jeans.
- Office-friendly apartments: mini wedges Straight for comfort and with an elegant knotted bow Sam Edelman
- BP Classic ankle boots – flattering cut with side dip. Well suited in a wide variety of sizes and colors
Caslon booties pair easily with my favorite Zella tights. Studio Lite 7/8 length. The first review displayed for this leggings isn’t good, but sort the reviews by “recent” and you can see that the most recent reviews are pretty positive. I have a few Zella tights and these are the things I consistently reach for year-round because of the lighter weight, the deep and very handy pocket for my phone, and the petite-friendly 7/8 length!
There are never too many discounted items in petite sizes, so I’m looking for pieces from brands that are slimmer cut/cropped, start with xxs, have adjustable features like a drawstring waist, or generally run thinner.
- this Allsaints leather jackets they are a significant savings and are always my top pick. Over the past few Nsales I have bought two colors and bought a size 00 for a snug fit or a size 0 for a more comfortable fit that requires no alterations!
- At a more affordable price point, blank NYC jackets some of my favourites. I will give the order this is a cropped (should be more petite-friendly) is on sale but you can’t decide between cognac or gorgeous deep sage!
- My mom is 5’2″ and has the previous year version Kut from Kloth faux suede jacket In XS (see Fig. on it). She likes it as a very comfortable dresser.
- La Mer set – Luminous Refresh Kit ($95; worth $155)
- Need set – Body Duo Set ($35; worth $55). Two of my favorite products from the brand in 1 value set!
- pathology set – FlashPatch Restore Rejuvenating Eye Gels and Night Eye Gels ($50; worth $90). I discovered these from an airplane gift set. I bought some to keep cool in the fridge to pamper the eyes a little!
- Laura Mercier – Caviar Stick Eyeshadow Trio ($58; $96 value) have been using these for maybe 10 years. The best creamy, easy-to-blend eyeshadow sticks for the fastest eye makeup application when you’re in a hurry or on the go.
- Charlotte Tilbury – The Pillow Talk Lip Kit ($59; $92 value) is a universally flattering color that I’ve been wearing recently!
- OSEA set – Golden Glow Discovery set ($48; worth $84) I randomly discovered these products in a gift set given to Nick last year. I really loved using these after the shower… the body butter has a light, soothing natural scent and moisturizes everything very well.
