Change Your Chair

“Try replacing your office chair with an exercise ball. Sitting on a ball works your core muscles, promoting better posture.

Leg Extensions

“Sit in a chair, feet hip-width apart; forward-facing toes, knees, and hips; shoulders back. Keeping your leg bent, raise one knee to a comfortable height. Keeping your leg elevated, slowly straighten your leg without locking your knee. While keeping the thigh elevated, slowly bring your leg back to the bent position. Repeat 8-12 times on one side, then on the other.

Shoulder Flats

“Help prevent rounded shoulders and reduce tension with some chest-open shoulder circles. As you sit, roll your shoulders back and down, trying to make the largest circles you can. And breathe.”
