Monday Thoughts- A Few Things I Worn In Miami

[ad_1]

Happy Monday ladies. The purpose of my trip to Miami last week was to take some professional photos for the blog and network a bit with a few of my blogger friends. Working with a professional photographer was fascinating and I really can’t wait to see the photos. Here are a few unprofessional iPhone photos of what I’m wearing. It’s funny but I didn’t buy many clothes to hang out on this trip.

BREATHABLE FLEXIBLE WHITE SHIRT / THIN FLEXIBLE TROUSERS / JACK ROGERS SANDALS / STRAW HAT / PINK TOTE BAG / SILVER TOTE BAG

I wore several pairs Eileen Fisher washable crepe slim ankle trousers On this trip because they are super comfortable and pack like a dream. This is exactly why I never travel without at least 2-3 pairs in my suitcase and I usually wear it to fly. I can’t say enough great things about it this white shirt. I wandered in all day, hung up with the ladies after dinner, took it off the next day and it looked as crisp as when I started. Mine Jack Rogers sandals I’ve worn out a lot on this trip because they’re comfortable, they stay put without much grip on my toes, and they allow my feet to swell where they need to…which always happens when I eat more salt than usual.

Edition, we stayed on Miami beach. The hotel was really nice with nice spots everywhere to sit and work. They weren’t very cooperative about us taking pictures with a camera (phone photos were good) which surprised us all, but we worked around that.

STEEL FINE KNIT PANTS / WHITE SNEAKERS – budget friendly option HERE / WHITE JERSEY TANK / SIMILAR LAVENDER SHIRT / NECKLACE

A few days later I wore this pretty pedestrian outfit. It was a breeze, so while the other girls were wearing shorts, sundresses or swimsuits, I wore another pair. EF crepe pants, white platform sneakers, a white tank top and a lilac shirt. This is what I returned to in between photography sessions and to have lunch outside. I wasn’t planning to take a picture of this outfit, but this is what happens when a few bloggers get together with their cell phones 🙂 These pants are a little longer than my black pants above. Not sure why but I guess it’s because they haven’t gone through the washer and dryer yet.

This photo is a bit misleading because we worked all the time and it wasn’t a vacation but the hammock was there and it was empty so…😎
FLORAL DRESS

Tanya and I took a room together. The side of the closet was full of colorful, flowing dresses with flowers that caught my attention. They’re so far from my definition of style that I admit I’m a little fascinated. She looked amazing in the dress above, so I tried it on. While it’s beautiful and fun, I feel a bit like a fish out of water in it. He’s a few inches taller than me, but that’s not why it feels bad. It’s just style. Everything is too much for me.

TANYAJO-LYNNELINDSEY

This is what I wore to dinner on Valentine’s Day. My feet are not happy campers at this time of day so I skipped these. low heel nude sandals I planned to wear it and went back to my flats. I wore another pair Ocean slim crepe pants (blue) with a white shirt (similar here) I bought it for the holidays, but I never had the opportunity to wear it. I finished with Jennifer pearl necklace which enhances any outfit. You can get 15% discount on all websites. AWSL code at checkout.

outfit of the week

RELAXED CHAMBRAY SHIRT / PONCHO IN THE NAVY / AB-RESOLUTION WHITE JEANS / GEOMETRIC EARRINGS / WOVEN TOTE / BIRDS SHOES / VINTAGE MOVEMENT SNEAKERS / POLARIZED WHITE TURTLE SUNGLASSES

This week’s outfit offers two shoe options, depending on how much hiking you plan to do. I also added a few trending themes for spring. This vegan leather bag comes in many colors and various sizes. Woven bags are trending for spring, as are double denim looks and thicker, angular silver jewelry.

Which shoes would you choose for this look?
