Happy Monday ladies. This week’s thoughts are all over the map as usual, but they started with my last post. Saturday’s model got more positive responses than I’ve seen here in a long time. It was a simple knit dress with a denim jacket and neutral accessories. It’s constantly revealed how many people like Ralph Lauren’s designs.
i watched this Very Ralph Documentary weekend again and enjoyed it very much. Maybe Schmaltzy, but still fun.
I’ve been a fan of the Ralph Lauren aesthetic ever since I was a young woman in my 20s trying to look stylish. very small budget. Ralph has created a lifestyle brand that many people desire because it evokes a timeless, classic and well-lived life.
Lauren When the Ralph Lauren fragrance came out in 1978, I was excited to wear it and felt so sophisticated in it. Perfumes and cosmetics are often gateway products for people who love a brand but can’t afford to buy clothes. The special feeling one gets when applying a Chanel lipstick because it’s Chanel. The colors or formulas can be claimed to be superior, but most of the stamp is the prestigious name and packaging. I’m sad to stop buying Chanel Lipsticks when I switched to cruelty-free products because they always made me feel so special!
At the time, I was sewing many of her designs with my trusty Singer machine and Vogue plates, as well as sprinkling myself with the scent of Lauren. Remember Them? They were some of my favorites and always included a challenge because the tailoring was excellent. I was able to wear some of the jackets I have carefully sewn, but unfortunately I was not smart enough to keep them.

My local Macy’s has a very small section of Lauren Ralph Lauren on its shelves and it’s getting smaller all the time. I will now make a concerted effort to keep an eye on them.
Pedicure Color
Last week, a reader commented that she prefers to wear a fun color of toenail polish with open-toe shoes when dressing for a special occasion. I know my toes look bare in this text, but I was wearing pale nail polish. reminded me of this post i wrote about pedicure color it was a few years ago and my reasons remain the same today. I don’t know about you, but my feet don’t look any better as I get older :).
Best Pillow for Side Sleepers
I bought it a few years ago this tiny Save My Face Pillow.
It’s made to help side sleepers bump wrinkles into their faces while they sleep. It worked and the price is incredible, but the “satin” cover is really just polyester.
Then I moved up Nurse Jamie Lovely Bear Pillow this one was a bit more sturdy and also quite portable, but still the cover is “satin” not silk. After a short while, I was able to train myself to sleep on my back, so I went back to my regular pillow and bought it. these silk pillow covers.
I sleep side-by-side now, so I need a pillow to lighten the wrinkle lines it causes. I dived down the Google rabbit hole yesterday and found more ideas than I know what to do. Do I want organic ingredients? Of course, that would be the healthiest. Do I want a real silk veil? Of course, because that creates slip and it helps your hair too. Is copper an important component in pillows? Apparently so.
This Sleep&Glow Pillow It has great reviews but it’s not cheap. This Beauty Pillow It also has great reviews and at a slightly better price. This Jealousy Pillow looks pretty amazing, but it was sold online so I’m not sure the company is still in operation.
