Most Affordable Cashmere for Business: Readers’ Favorites
Quince’s sweaters usually $50 and available in a ton of colors – the crew neck currently has 15 different colors in stock. XS-XL sizes are available.
naadam makes more expensive cashmere sweaters, but Essential $75 Cashmere Sweater continues to receive praise for its affordable price, quality and structure. They have a TON of “core” colors (mostly neutrals), but they also have brighter limited edition colors.
Their sweaters are available in sizes XXS-XXL and (you’ll be shocked to hear this!) cost $75.
Nordstrom’s cashmere sweaters Because they’re a store brand, they’re very affordable, super soft, and come in tons of colors. And when they go on sale it’s great!
Crew neck is currently $80 (down from $130), available in sizes XXS-XXL; The cashmere V-neck is even lower than that. Both have about 12 different colors.
Best Cashmere to Spare
For as long as I can remember, TSE has been one of the coveted brands for gorgeous cashmere. As their website states, “TSE (pronounced “say”) was founded in 1989 with the aim of redefining the use of cashmere and changing the perception that luxury should be traditional. … TSE has become a leader in bringing a modern approach to cashmere.”
Their collections include recycled cashmere (as above) and TSEessentials (comparatively affordable, turtleneck-like fine cashmere basics).
Simpler weaves are often under $400; those with more complex weaves are more expensive to start with. The cashmere sweater pictured above was $795 when new, but is now $477. neiman marcus; Available in S-XL.
