How to Style a Slip Skirt with Boots for Winter?

I shared a few over the weekend. seasonal clothes and the satin slip skirt look was a clear favorite on Instagram! Slips have been one of my favorite understated yet elegant pieces in recent years, and I wanted to share 2 more ways to dress them up.

1. Comfortable

I shared earlier this season. a review Please see this post for some of my likes and dislikes of this slip skirt! I styled the slip with a comfortable loose sweater and I mentioned that it can also be combined with boots for cold weather. Years ago, I was very skeptical about skirt hemlines that matched the top of my boots, but now I’m starting to see it as very stylish (and less practical for display)! What are your man’s thoughts?

2. Attraction

I recently shared my love for this velvet corset and showed off its style. trousers with trousers. To tuck it into thinner skirts, I layered a pair of smoothing shaper shorts under the bodice to minimize lumps and bumps. I usually wear Uniqlo shaper shorts It has been in the market for a good pair that offers a very light level of compression and is comfortable to wear all day and has stronger compression and grip!

For a look like this for a more flamboyant dinner or party, I would finish with a pair of heeled or strappy sandals. These are sparkly simmi london sandals they are gorgeous (and come in wide widths) but they are too high and not suitable for long walks. Fingers crossed I’ll be driving them at NYE!
