What’s more luxurious than denim but not as edgy as leather? If you guessed suede, you’re right! If you’re a lot of trousers like me and want something a little different, take a look at my new faux suede wide trousers. That’s why I’ve been wearing these constantly lately and also some tips on how to style them to look great at any age.
There is something about autumn and a pair of beautiful suede pants that seem like the perfect combination. Suede is rich and classy and beautifies any look, but it also has a very inviting, warm, rustic, realistic feel. I shared a couple last season faux suede skinny jeans which I really enjoyed. Now I have discovered these amazing flares.
these are amazing faux suede flare pants from who leggings, and wow, they are awesome! I’ve always been a huge Spanx fan because I think they make the best leggings around. I wear them all the time (See my collection here). When I saw that Spanx now had suede flares, I was excited to try them.
These pants are really cool! They have the full stretch, ultra-comfortable cut that Spanx is famous for. I love the flat front, pull-on style which means no bulk around the tummy and it’s super easy to style. See how stylish they fit from waist to knee and then gently transform into a wide and beautiful leg?
There’s something ’70s-inspired about them, but they look and feel very modern when you wear them. Yes, they’re a little long, but I couldn’t get them any other way because when you kick them in (mine are 31/4″), they make your legs go miles!
And of course, that chocolate brownie looks very nice (they do too black) and this tone-on-tone mix is an easy way to achieve a sophisticated look.
Maybe you’re wondering why it’s faux suede instead of genuine suede? The answer is easy. Spanx needed to build their famous stretch and they couldn’t do it with regular suede, but besides that, many women, myself included, prefer faux suede over suede for these reasons.
1) faux suede is pet friendly
2) faux suede won’t fray or dull the way real suede can
3) Faux suede is much easier to clean and you don’t have to worry about spilling water on it as it’s coated with a water resistant repellent.

One of my favorite looks with wide-leg jeans is to wear them with a long cardigan. i love this beauty fake neck camel sweater This long one from Goodthreads on Amazon grandfather cardigan (similar) I had it in my closet since last year. (Look how my grandfather cardigan back then). then i added my favorite brown suede booties and this beautiful Kendra Scott pendant. Of course, there are many other ways to style these faux suede wide pants.
I also really like these pants with all kinds of animal prints. Animal print and brown suede are a stunning mix. This is the long animal print tunic sweater I’ve had for a while. (see how else i wear this Here).
you can also wear silky animal print blouse with brown suede pants or a cardigan or jacket. I just love the faux suede textured leopard. It’s natural.
