The style includes plenty of breathable fashion. Chunky knits and loose linens in natural fabrics including neutral beige white, cream, and cashmere. Plus-size oxford shirts, cozy chinos, and lots of classic neutrals. It has a romantic Hamptons-esque feel that is becoming more popular now.
Coastal grandma also has a defined lifestyle that many aspire to. She sips her wine on her porch while she finishes cooking the latest Ina Garten piece. She enjoys gardening, shopping at the farmers’ market, enjoys book clubs, long walks on the beach, and believes in leisure time to relax and recharge. He basically lives a good life… like I said, sign me up now.
It’s been a tough few years for all of us, so a lifestyle that feels trendy and effortless is definitely easy to desire. We don’t have to live close to the beach or have grandchildren to be beach grandmothers. Fashion is clean, classic and comfortable. Lifestyle comes from being comfortable in our own skin and doing things that give us pleasure. We appreciate the wisdom that age bestows upon us and live our best lives by staying true to ourselves.
