How Do You Style This Outfit?

Happy Tuesday ladies. I found this mannequin on Monday and I couldn’t help trying to shape it myself. I must say, I was not singularly impressed with the style, so I bought a few more items and replaced the items.

I have these jeans but I would never style them that way because it would make my legs look even shorter than they are, so here’s what I tried.

This knit utility jacket It is super soft, stretchy and comfortable in a really beautiful blue color. Since the dressing room is dark, the color you see on the mannequin is more accurate. I tried to top it off first.

then i switched this high rise straight leg, cuffless jeans. I like the way it looks more.

Then I changed the flower top this tank, Additional this quartz/jade/labradorite necklace, and weaving this tassel scarf (on sale) through the belt loops. My verdict is that this jacket works better with jeans without cuffs. What do you think?

If utility jackets aren’t your thing, have you tried Poncho’s, Wraps or Ruanas? They’ve been on my mind lately because we’re coming into the perfect season to wear one. They are warm but not too hot, they can cover many sins, they also offer a lot of comfort and flexibility. I love that you can pull off a nice one over an average outfit and instantly look great!
