Gray Tone Poncho Dress

[ad_1]

I hope you had a great last weekend of October. Ours was very light, not overly busy, but very short. I gathered most of my straw hats and took off my wool hats. While the weather is mild enough to wear them, it’s not okay for me to wear a straw hat in November unless I’m in a tropical climate.

I wore this ivory wool fedora weekend and I knew right away that I would prefer a deeper edge. I’m used to those that offer more sun protection, so I’ll probably save this hat to wear on cloudy days.

Most stores are fully decked out in Christmas decor this weekend. It shouldn’t surprise me, but of course it did because we haven’t even celebrated Thanksgiving in the US yet.

All turkey decorations are marked and pushed aside for Christmas.

I can imagine the little ones will be even crazier when the holidays arrive as the backlog is so long. Does Betty White decorate anyone? How about Elton John?

I guess the earlier it rises, the longer you can enjoy your holiday decorations.

I ordered another bottle of this Olaplex Blonde Enhancing. toning purple shampoo controls any brassiness my silver hair gets. I ordered another box of this too. wow shine spray for my hair. It especially helps when I use dry shampoo, which tends to dull everything. This was a small order because I stocked up a lot. Amazon beauty daysstill open for a few things.

2023 Trends

It feels like we just got over the fall 2020 trends and they are already predicting what will be trending in 2023.

  • baggy and baggy jeans
  • plus size blazers
  • maxi skirts
  • pure
  • a lot of skin
  • dip paint

As with everything, moderation will be key here, but I think I’ll be sitting outside most of it. I tried on wide-leg jeans and noticed that there is a fine line between wearability and stupidity in my short size. In general, the wider the leg, the softer the fabric should be, which rules out most jeans…at least for me.

I saw this poncho Turned from wine to pink at Nordstrom Rack, depicting it in shades of gray. Solid necklaces and earrings add a subtle shine to a normally low-profile outfit. I love the weight and drama of ponchos like this one because they add a bit of warmth and a lot of attitude.
