I listened to this book on Audible and thoroughly enjoyed it, so I decided to get a physical copy for both of my kids. Then I discovered I had aortic atherosclerosis and listened to the whole thing again! It is highly intelligent and makes complex topics easy to understand. This book is a valuable resource for anyone looking to extend their life expectancy and improve their overall quality of life.
