I love this tinted lip balm from Burt’s Bees! I’m not a lipstick person and I always use lip balm (usually just Vaseline), so this is perfect for me – and if you’re the same, you too! It goes on very smoothly and feels hydrating and gives a slightly subtle but definitely noticeable boost to your lips. It stays on well (but not the eight hours the company claims) and is made with shea butter and is free of parabens, phthalates, petrolatum, and SLS.

“Red Dahlia” for me (readers recommended Kat’s colorful lip balm post) not exactly my lips but better – darker than this – but still a perfect color for my pale complexion. I hope Burt’s Bees never leaves this shade! There is “Zinnia” in the picture.
