I’ve seen a number of interesting approaches to pearls lately – most from “younger” sites like Shopbop, where I found the earrings in the picture. (Shopbop is fine More than 100 pearl earrings currently in stock alone!)
I’m not sure I’ll be selling or swapping out classic pearl earrings and necklaces for these looks, but I think there are many pros – the usual pros with affordability, uniqueness, and pearls at the top.
What are the usual pluses with pearls? Maybe it’s just me but as a black haired person I’ve always thought that pearl earrings look great because they stand out. There’s also something about pearls that give a glow to the skin – they brighten up your entire face. They also go with everything.
