Happy Monday ladies. Is there a more perfect summer shoe than an espadrille? Today, I’m sharing a selection of classic summer espadrilles in different manufactures and heel heights.
my love Navy Castañer espadrilles, but the wedge height is not what I want to wear on a daily basis, so I ordered a bunch of optons to find lower ones.
These striped ones It stole my heart the moment I saw them. I didn’t even know Jack Rogers made espadrilles but they do and they’re so cute, thank you so much. These are blue striped canvas and also platinum leather… so cute! It has a 2″ heel with a 1/2″ platform. These are very comfortable but not for a full day on my feet.
These feature a suede upper, lightly padded insole and flexible sole. They come in 4 colors with a 2 1/4″ heel and a 1″ platform, making the heel height only 1 1/4″. These are incredibly comfortable and the suede is so soft.
These canvas wedges It has a buckled ankle strap and a rubber sole. They come in 2 colors with a 2 1/2″ wedge and approximately 1/2″ platform. The fabric feels a little more sturdy than other Toni Pons espadrilles and they are not as stretchy.
This canvas upper comes in 5 colors and a printed and padded insole. It’s a slip-on style with a 2″ heel and a 1/2 platform, so it feels like a 1/2″ heel. I felt like slippers from the moment I wore these, so I wore them for a full day of running.
This platform espadrilles sandals It comes in 3 colors with memory foam insoles and grippy rubber soles. It has a 2 1/2″ heel with a 2″ platform and feels flat on the foot. It has a leather upper with adjustable buckle straps. These soles are not as flexible as those without a platform.
This lightweight canvas padding is available in 3 colors with elastic open back straps. The wedge is about an inch and makes these feel almost straight. I can wear these to run a mile… kidding, but they’re the most comfortable of the bunch.
These feature a notched linen upper and woven ankle ties. Comes in 3 colors with 2 3/4″ heel and 1″ platform making the heel height only 1 3/4″. The back of the checkerboard is very cute. The linen upper is tougher than canvas and gives them a more stylish feel and the notched vamp is really flattering .
This flat espadrille features a 1 1/4″ heel and a 1″ platform that makes heel height almost zero. They have a leather upper, padded sole and arch support. Super comfortable and 45% off in this color.
They have a lightweight canvas upper, a lightly padded footbed and a flexible rubber sole. They come in 4 colors with a very comfortable elastic open back suspender strap. The heel is 2 1/4″ and the 3/4″ platform makes the heel feel about 1 1/4″ high. Very comfortable and my favorite cool toned taupe shade!
They come in natural or black canvas with 2 3/4″ heels and 1″ platforms, making the heel height only 1 3/4″. They have a padded insole, a back zipper and a grippy rubber sole. These feel very sturdy but my ankles this is a little undersized for springs, so I would probably untie the spring, wrap it back and tie it back there for a shorter end.
These come in 2 colors. They have a cushioned insole, suede upper and ‘toothed’ rubber sole. The heel is 2 3/4″ and the 1″ platform provides a relative heel height of 1 3/4″. It’s zipped in the back and the top strap closes with a gorgeous neutral color hook and loop.
These open-back espadrilles Canvas upper, rubber sole and 6 different color stripe options are available. They have a 2 1/4″ heel with a 3/4″ platform that makes the heel height feel like 1 1/2″. They are comfortable and the strip is beautiful.
I love canvas espadrilles because the fabric is breathable and keeps my feet from feeling too hot. They look cute with skirts, dresses, shorts and pants and make the perfect summer shoes in my book.
