Casual Outfits for a Tropical Getaway

Good Friday ladies. With the warming of the weather, most of us are starting to make holiday plans. I am so excited for my upcoming trip to visit my brother in Mexico. It’s been a long time since I hugged him. A few casual outfits for my tropical getaway.

i wear this hat classic beige straw and black ribbon I’ve had it over the years and more than any other hat I own, so when I saw this color, I had to have it. this vanilla-colored she told me about soft colors and going with everything in my wardrobe. This outfit also goes with me and will probably be the first thing I change when we arrive. Let’s start with what is always useful, light cardigan sweater. I started to buy these Nic+Zoe little cards A few years ago and find them to be one of the most versatile pieces in my warm weather wardrobes. It can be worn 4 ways but my preference is simply tied in the front. It provides great arm protection for the cold air conditioner and protects your shoulders from too much sun. A cute pair of pool shoes is a must for a tropical vacation. These It caught my eye because they have a colorful fabric upper which I find easier on my feet than rubber. The colors are really fun and they also come in a navy/beige combination.

I bring these too classic linen trousers, in fact, I can throw off my sneakers and travel in exactly this outfit. I bought these pants in several colors from last year and find them invaluable in hot weather. They come in sizes XXS-16W and they are big so I bought the XS.

this tank A cheerful print that resembles tropical leaves and a perfect match for cardim. It comes in regular and small, XS-16W. I wear a regular small so it sticks to its size.

Nordstrom is my favorite store for so many reasons, not least of which is their incredible customer service with free shipping and returns, as well as curbside pickup and free basic changes.

They Nordy Club (free join) allows you to earn points towards Nordstrom notes that you can spend on future purchases. I like to keep my notes long enough to treat myself to something special. It’s something I wouldn’t normally buy for myself, so it almost feels like a gift!
