A Stylish Shorts Outfit That Looks Great For 50+ –

[ad_1]

I have always liked to wear shorts in the summer, but like most women, I realized that I started wearing shorts when I reached middle age. I started feeling a little shy about my pale legs, spider veins, and loose skin, so shorts disappeared from my wardrobe.

But now I’m over it all. I had my spider veins treated, I discovered something amazing bronzer, and I don’t care about loose skin. I started discovering new ways to wear shorts that looked stylish and modern, and I was lucky.

Last spring, a classic couple Bermuda shorts with a bright jacket, and the post was a huge hit. Today I want to show you another shorts outfit that will make you rethink this whole shorts thing.

This is my new favorite summer discovery! This is a stylish shorts suit Karen Kane. I think it makes sense because when you want to look stylish and flashy, you wear a suit, why not the same when you wear shorts? This stylish looking suit is made from 100% linen, so it looks sewn but not harsh or formal. It crinkles, but that’s what makes it attractive and gives it that relaxed vibe so fresh and modern.

i like the length of these airy shorts. They hit the middle of the thigh, so they’re not too short (I have long legs), but not too long. I know this length will appeal to some and not others, but overall I think it’s a sassy yet classy length.

These shorts are also high waisted, which is quite flattering and makes them look more formal like pants. But they are also very comfortable as they have an elastic waistband! Slanted pockets give them that classic suit feel. i thought about it buttery soft tank It was a perfect top with such a suit. To keep the look casual yet stylish, you need a light and comfortable top.

I chose this beautiful blue color but this outfit also comes in a nice soft gray color. Jacket it’s lightweight and has a bit of a fit, and the elbow-length sleeves are gathered, so you don’t have to constantly push them up to get that sporty crumpled effect! I love those big patch pockets too!

My inspiration for the accessories came from the gorgeous Cherry Blossoms in Spencer Smith Park in Burlington. I added a pale pink bag and these pinky, bare mules. I love how it contrasts with the navy and softens the masculine suit. And this is my new summer shorts look! To purchase this outfit, click the links in this post or be sure to visit.
