10 Autumn Colors That Will Liven Up Your Wardrobe

[ad_1]

Fashion has been pretty low key in the past year and a half. We all live in home wear and soft, muted colors, but that’s about to change. The world is starting to feel more optimistic, and with that comes an exciting new fall color palette. According to Pantone, the world’s color forecaster, you can expect fall clothing colors to be a vibrant mix of classic fall hues and vibrant bursts of bright color.

Some of the colors used for fall outfits are soothing, natural and practical, but many more are bold, bright and cheerful.

It’s like someone took a pile of beautiful, rustic autumn leaves and splashed bright primary color paint on it. A charming, feminine and modern blend that is part of the latest trend towards more personal expression in fashion and life.

Here’s a look at the top 10 clothing colors for fall 2021/22 and the neutral colors to mix with them.

1. Mykonos Blue

This vibrant blue, like the Aegean Sea, has a magnificent quality. Like its name, it reminds me of the Greek Islands under a gorgeous blue sky in summer. I always imagine it with ama and it always pairs well with fuchsia. It will be interesting to see it with these earthy neutrals.

2. Illuminating Yellow

Pantone calls Enlightenment an upbeat, friendly, cheerful yellow like the promise of a sunny day. You’ll find that it pairs a lot with gray. I personally like yellow, but this oversaturated tone is quite bright for many women, so it may be more popular in prints or in small doses as accessories.

3. Dwarf Green

It’s like St. Patrick’s Day in September with the Leprechaun, a wonderful green “rooted in Irish folklore.” I always wear this fresh, crisp green shade in the spring and I’m excited to see it continue into fall.

4. Fuchsia Fedora

Lively flirtatious bold and alluring, this super feminine pink is a show stopper.

5. Pale Badge

Here is a color that I think almost anyone can wear. Pale Rosette is hailed as an affectionate, gentle romantic pink. I think it brightens every complexion and is a nice complement to any color.

6. Adobe Rust

I love this warm sun-dried clay color that is calm and relaxing. It makes you feel warm and cozy this fall.

7. Fire Swirl Red

Red is always exciting in the fall, and this year it’s red on the warm side. Firewhirl is called a “strong red with a dynamic presence”. I would say it is a bright brick red. This is awesome!

8. Rodinite Blue

It’s one of my favorite colors this fall because it’s not blue or purple, it’s both. It balances the two perfectly. It’s a color that Pantone says will “help you reach your highest potential.” I love that it’s a stunning alternative to black that can run on mature skin. It will also be great for business as a high authority color.

9. Spring Lake Blue

This is another blue that sits mid-tone between Mykonos Blue and Rohdinite. Quiet and relaxing for those who like simpler colors.

10. Root Beer Brown

Brown hasn’t been around for a while, so; It’s refreshing to see this herbal brown shade that Pantone says is like root bark.

There are many ways to combine these new colors. You can do plain glosses, blocks of color, or if you prefer a more toned look that’s fine. Simply mix one of the new spring colors with one of these neutrals.

The classics of 2020, the main shades of the season:

  • Coconut cream: thick, rich velvety white.
  • Ultimate Grey: Quiet, stable, reliable gray
  • Soybean: light blond beige
  • olive branch: Symbol of enjoyment and growth

Here are some of the new colors for fall outfits combined in prints.
