Coffee Break: Lip Paint – Corporette.com

Here’s a little background story: about 18 months ago I bought a great lip crayon for $5 at Sephora. It was unlike any other lip product I have owned so far, the product got wet, not sticky at all then the wetness turned into a moisturizing balm and the stain lasted for hours but under balm, so I could wear it with a mask without transferring (for example). It was one of the most comfortable, longest lasting lip products I have ever tried.

Of course they stopped it.

This took me to the world of Korean lip paints which are apparently a version of Jelly Melt. I have bought a few now, including two from the brand Rom&nd, and I really like it. I am still trying to find the right shade for me – Fig Fig is a slightly too warm red for my liking, Plum Coke (pictured) is cute but more of a winter shade for me – but neither is big on face color.

Remember that when you first apply it, you can smudge, smudge and layer it right away or let it fade naturally.

All in all, I really liked the ones I tried, I recommend them and I will definitely be keeping an eye out for more products like them.

This It’s available on Amazon for under $20 and in 25 colors.
